You must have a sports physical signed by a licensed MD (medical doctor), PA (physician’s assistant), or NP (nurse practitioner). All paperwork must be completely filled out and turned in to the Main Office. Do NOT give completed 3-ply packets to coaches, counselors, teachers, etc.! Your packet must be checked by clerical staff ONLY to make sure it is correct and placed on file.
*This is separate from the conditioning form required for summer workouts.*
The first day to clear for Fall Sports will be July 10th.
Official Fall practice for Football begins July 31st.
Official Fall practice for Volleyball, Girl's Golf, and Cross Country begins August 7th.
You MUST be cleared to participate!
The volleyball conditioning schedule is as follows:
July 24th - July 28th: 11-1:30 PM in the Gym
July 31st - Aug. 3rd: 11-1:30 PM in the Gym
Volleyball Tryouts will be held:
Aug. 7 - Aug. 11: 4-6:30 PM in the Gym
*There will be a mandatory parent meeting in the gym after tryouts on August 11th at 7:30 PM.
