INFORMATION TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPTS

Current Students: 
Transcripts are free for current MHS students.
 
Former Students: 
If you graduated from MHS, or are at a post high school age, and you need an official transcript, the fee is $5.00.
 
Transcript Payments: We are currently accepting CASH, MONEY ORDERS (Payable to Marysville High School) AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARD by using the student store.
 
  • You can pay the Registrar in person at 12 E 18th Street Marysville, CA 95901. Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 4:00 pm.
  • You can do it through the U.S. mail with a letter and MONEY ORDER or CASH only.
  • You can pay online. Online customers pay the fee at the student store. Once you pay the fee, please email Isamar Patino at ipatino-uriostegui@mjusd.com to order the transcripts.
 
Whether you do this online or by U.S. mail, the following information must be included in the request:
 
  • Receipt number or attached copy (for online customer only)
  • Name while attending high school.
  • First name, Last name
  • Grad Year (or year in which you left us)
  • Birth date
  • Name of person, school etc., and address where to mail documents, OR inform me that you or someone is coming in to pick them up.
 
Please note we do not fax official transcripts. Transcripts can be mailed or made available to pick up during regular Office Hours.
 Processing requires two school days.

  • Grad Year (or year in which you left us)

  • There is a $5.00 fee for each official transcript.
 
Please allow at least 10 school days for your request to be processed.

For Graduation verifications for Grads from 1962-1998, Please allow at least 10 school days for your request to be processed.
