Marysville High

Dear MHS Families,

As I mentioned in my 2025 Graduation Ceremony Address, “I have said time and time again, it is an amazing honor to have been the principal of Marysville High School. Watching MHS students explore their interests, persevere through struggles, and grow intellectually and emotionally has been the highlight of my 25 year educational career thus far.” Thank you for making my past 3 years exciting and memorable. As you know, Mr. Seiler will be taking over as principal next year and I have full confidence he will be a wonderful addition to Marysville High School. Please welcome and support him and each other. I will still be around as a parent so this is not goodbye, it is just the start of a new adventure.

I’m incredibly honored and excited to begin my journey as the new principal of Marysville High School. Taking over from Mrs. Wright is both humbling and inspiring. Her leadership and commitment have made a lasting impact, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation she left behind as we continue to move MHS forward.  It’s already been a great start to the summer. I’ve truly enjoyed working with our outstanding Ag Department and watching our students showcase their talents at the Yuba/Sutter County Fair. Their dedication and hard work were evident in every project they completed and every animal they showed. I want to extend a big   congratulations to everyone who participated. You made MHS
proud!
As we look ahead, I know our student-athletes are already training and preparing for the upcoming football, volleyball, cheerleading,  golf, and cross country seasons. Your effort and school spirit are what make this community so special. Keep pushing for greatness!- I’m thrilled to work alongside the incredible Marysville staff, and I can’t wait to connect and reconnect with all of our amazing students and families. Go Indians!
